Tourist Information

Refill-Deutschland is a simple idea with a big impact: Shops with the Refill sticker offer free tap water for any drinking container brought along (bottle, cup, jam jar…) – at the Tourist Information Recklinghausen, this service is available to everyone during our opening hours.
The aim is to actively contribute to the reduction of plastic and to raise awareness of the problems of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by plastic.

At the Tourist Information Recklinghausen you can also get tickets for municipal cultural events, for example for the Ruhr Festival or from the “Culture is coming” series.
The tickets can be booked and paid for on site and taken away immediately. Cashless payment with an EC or credit card is of course possible.

In the southern part of Recklinghausen, the team at the Tourist Information office of the Museum Zeitreise Strom welcomes you, even on Sundays.
