City Hall tours
Recklinghausen's town hall has many interesting features and is officially the most beautiful in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Some of these are showcased during a guided tour. The diverse art integrated into the building is what gives this imposing structure its special charm. Decorative sculptures, architectural elements from various periods, reliefs, and many other details worth a closer look can be found both inside and outside the town hall.
Town hall tours for private groups:
The tour is only conducted during the regular opening hours of the town hall:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 16 p.m.
- Thursday: 8 p.m. to 18 p.m
- Friday: 8 p.m. to 13 p.m
